We met Irina from one of her listings and through months of work, numerous trips and showings, and several mind changes on our end, she finally found us our perfect dream home! Also, she worked very hard to sell our home for top price. We are pleased with the price we sold it for. She guided us on staging advice and painting recommendations. We did not want to do any work to the house but after some time we took her advice and sold the home within a few months. That small amount we spent on updating a few things paid off BIG TIME. Things she did for us. She held open houses often, advertised on many online sites and magazines. She brought to the home many out of state buyers. I highly recommend her to others!! Best decision we had made was to take her advice and have her as our realtor.
